Support

While the CUNY Libraries are finishing up their implementation of Alma/Primo VE, you may need to ask questions, report problems, or request support—and there are lots of places to get help!

  1. The CUNY Libraries' Basecamp project site is for housekeeping announcements and questions.
    1. All ExL presentations are recorded and available on the Basecamp site for later viewing.
    2. The Basecamp site will be archived when the CUNY Libraries move to Alma support.
  2. The Alma known issues page on the OLS Support Site should be consulted to make sure the issue you've encountered is a novel one.
  3. Open cases for Alma/Primo VE functional questions ("I'm seeing triplicate results for the same item," "I can't sign into Analytics," etc.) via the ExL Support Portal.
    1. Alma Communications Committee members have accounts with ExL Support.
    2. Additional campus library members may be invited to the ExL Support Portal by existing users.
  4. Email support@cuny-ols.libanswers.com with customization requests, permission issues, etc.
