NOTE: Due to the migration to Alma, your last opportunity to request a batch load to Aleph is JUNE 12, 2020.
As of January 1, 2018, OLS no longer adds collections of bibliographic records ("batch loads") to Aleph when the metadata is already available through PCI/SFX. Any collections already in Aleph for which the metadata is available through PCI/SFX will not be updated via batch load additions and update.
Only with the specific instruction by the campus library, OLS is willing to batch delete electronic collections from the Aleph catalog (e.g., for a collection that a library will maintain using PCI/SFX). Please contact OLS to discuss the most actionable approach.
OLS batch loads MARC records into CUNY's catalog for e-books and other sets of e-resources.
Campuses with files of 50+ records should request loads by completing the Batch Load Request Form and including the MARC record file that is to be loaded.
